1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- Payment can be made online or to the driver
- Prices are fixed and shown at booking time
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at pickup location on time
- Provide accurate flight information
- Respect vehicle and driver
- No smoking in vehicles
5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported within 24 hours to support@deniztransfer.com
